"Every x seconds" refers to when it comes to this node, it takes the allocated time to continue to the next node and do not use the failure part of the node if you want to use the delay everytime.
"After x seconds" will ALWAYS return TRUE, AFTER the set time.
So, this delay uses the fail part of the node unlike the above feature. You can use this to stop or take breaks by setting "After x seconds" and set it to 1-2 hours, it will stop randomly in the 1-2 hours time frame.
