Trying to smith rune darts but if my account gets logged out, and then logs back in, the option to select them is no longer visible. Trying to work around this by closing the armour and weapon tabs to make the rune darts visible again https://i.imgur.com/GmWp1FC.png however when I do this:

The interface condition always evaluates to false even when the conditions seem to be met.

My understanding of this is that it will evaluate to true if both these are visible https://i.imgur.com/XP6V1YS.png yet it doesn't.

It evaluates to true if I remove either the action (select rune full helm), in which case it repeatedly clicks the armour tab, or the child container (select armour) which leads to "The selected action does not match any of the available actions on your IC" error. So both of the cases are true but not when they're together?

Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong or suggest an alternative, thanks.
