This is a very simple bait fisher setup at a uncommon spot. musa point. it slows rates some but prevents detection. It also banks the fish in the deposit box at port sarim, I know sardine and herring are not ideal to bank but it creates some profit and it also helps with the detection due to slowing down level times.
